Looking forward to how your players twist this all around
Good point...I need to EXPECT them to jack with the storyline...!
Here are two photos. First one is of my Pulp Alley character cards. Nothing fancy...just a roster with a photo of the fig. These are printed out and glued onto two pieces of construction paper -- one green, one red. The two pieces are then taped together using clear packing tape. The end result is a two-sided card that can be flipped between green side (character hasn't acted yet) and red side (character already acted). You can see Jacques Nero and Pierre Fournereau have acted already this turn, but Auguste Lambert and Feng have not.
The other photo is of my markers to show a character has already Shot, Brawled or Dodged. I like unobtrusive markers (if any at all) in my games. So, I went with tiny washers flocked to match my basing and terrain scheme with a simple bush on them. You can see Jacques must have shot/brawled/dodged twice this turn, as he has two of them next to him. Auguste has one marker next to him. I made up about 30 of them, so for 5-6 players per game, I'm hoping that is enough!
Sunday draws ever nearer, as I furiously finish up stuff for my first game...
