Mason, I have a confession to make here. Your old west project is always such a pleasure to come back to, you have something for everyone there and must make a lot of people envious of it, wishing we all had time, talent, inspiration and friends to use in it! I don't know what to say that fits this the best, but I STAND TO ATTENTION HERE AND SALUTE A TRUE MINI TROOPER!!!! lol lol lol

Keep up the good work mate.

Very fine job indeed! :-* :-* :-* Blooming lovely more likely! :drool smiley:

*sorry, was picking my jaw up off the floor* :o

Yep, I thoroughly agree.
Bugsda has done a great job on these fellas and he picked up the next batch this afternoon.
Really looking forward to seeing what he does with this lot as he tells me that he has been itching to paint the Renegades set for a while.
 :D

Geez, I wish I had a Bugsda to pass along the hundreds of figures I need painted lol

I am sure he wouldn't say 'No'.....
 ;)

Isn't DMH going to come out with Aussie outlaws pack at some point?

No idea, mate, but surely it would be easy enough to convert some old west figures yourself?
What would the main differences be, as I have no idea?
 ??? ???

Thank you very much, sir.

Basically not much. If one starts with a good 'duster' coat, a hat swap should suffice. though Ned Kelly would need a simple GS armour plate on top of a basic 1800's attire. Sadly my GS skills aint that good.

Cheers

What kind of headgear would you need?

As for Ned Kelly, that is something that has flitted through my head a few times as a 'boiler plate' is an optional piece of equipment in the rules we use.

Just having a peek as haven't been on the forum for a while. Awesome stuff, Mason!

I look forward to getting shot outside the church or in front of that tree sometime soon.

Currently got a fully painted posse, so let's do some LOTOW soon :).

I was simply thinking of adding a green stuff plate and helmet to one of my own figures.

The Olde Tree (After)...The Town of Upsheet Creek UD:25/02
« Reply #2123 on: 25 February 2015, 01:50:14 PM »
The Olde Tree has been finished off.
I am happy enough with the colours and as you can see, with the aid of Brian's Mum and Reginald the Hunter, quite a large beastie....

And a couple of close-ups of the detail on the Tree...

It should work well in plenty if situations, which is a bonus.

It is.
I just slapped a bit of paint on it and pimped it a bit.
I recommend giving it a go to everyone who buys pet supplies.
With a little effort they can look much better.
