Victory Decision: Future Combat Lasergun

So I am building an army list for my UNA troops and there is an issue with the Steel Tacarms. The laser weapon they are equipped with is meant to be an AT weapon. It has a high penetration value which is more than enough to punch through the armour of a Kolossus or a Navaklovny.

The laser weapons in ViDe: FC are AP weapons or very long ranged. So I am looking for some feedback for a suggested laser AT weapon which fits the specs for the Steel tacarm laser weapon

I don't want it to be so good that people won't use the standard AT weapons but I want something that works with the Steel Tacarms.

Any comments and/or suggestions for points?

Hmm, maybe consider also the Anti Tank Guided Missile Launcher!
OK, the Laser Feature is missing, but otherwise OK, or? 

For the weapon you propose 45 points should be OK.

I looked at the ATGM but the Blast feature isn't appropriate. I'll test this at 45pts and see how it works
