Even at 35pts you're talking in the neighborhood of 210 in upgrades for A 3 man unit. My other thought was to take a single Laser Assault Weapon and Advanced targeting (representing the two systems both tracking one target). Just a thought, but it cuts the cost down considerably.

That is a thought. The suit lets the model shoot both weapons though so you get a lot of firepower for that 70 - 90 points

I re-checked it and compared it to the other Laser weapons.
It is 40 points!

I will add the following weapon to the High Tech Infantry Hardshell Weaponlist with the next update:
Lasergun
U/T: 1 Range 24" Damage: D10+2 Features: Laser, Save/-1 40 points

To represent an AT-43 UNA Steel TacArm the single Lasergun with advanced Targeting is IMO the best solution. Includes the Targeter neatly...

That was my thought as well. It keeps them useful but doesn't break the bank on a small number of 1 HP models that could easily be overwhelmed by lots of small arms.

Very good point. That is how I currently have them specced out.

My last post covered what was already in my collection. A little digging revealed my leftover UNA figures.

The only problem was, I couldn't remember how I painted the old ones!

That set me off on a quest through my old paints. I think I've narrowed down the colors I used...

Basecoats C - Adeptus Battlegrey, C - Dheneb Stone, PP Uniform Green, C - Snot Green, C- Boltgun Metal, C - Blood Red, C - Scorched Brown

Washes C - Devlan Mud, C - Badab Black

Highlights C - Skull White (blended), C - Bubonic Brown, C - Ardcoat

Bases GF9 Fall Turf, Woodland Scenics Brown Flock



An MCS Infantry Support Squad with 2 Guided Missile Launchers, 2 Light Chain Guns and a Unit leader with Laser Rifle.






Sgt M Borz will join my MCS Command unit as the Electronic Warfare specialist. I think he really fits the bill!
