More like Cyber-Ho if you ask me  :-I

Honestly the way modern fashion is going, its probably far to modest for the near future.  :?

Update - Human Interface Nakamura Tower - Cyborg Hunter

Last Spring was the Kickstarter for HINT and of course I dove in...a Cyberpunk themed board game with superhigh quality miniatures?? YES PLEASE!
Now the game will be sent in December, but fortunately Postindustrial Games was at Spiel 2015 and they brought some stuff along for sale. I bought the Cyborg Hunter and a Police Luitenant. Yes, the Cyborg Hunter is part of the pledge...but I don't mind getting two :)

The miniatures are insanely detailed...really small details and well cast. They are simply excellent, but they are also a challenge to paint. My eyes are good, but sometimes I wished I had an Optivisor, simply to see what certain details are. I think this was mainly a thing with the Cyborg Hunter, a lot of other renders aren't as finely detailed as him.
Nonetheless I had a blast painting him...once I got the basecoats done. These were difficult to do, due to the detailing. But afterwards things went fast and I had a smile all the time! Love the model and I'm happy with how he turned out. I think he will be a stayer in my Cyberpunk games as a deadly assassin. I also see a role for him in Black Ops (or CyberOps ;)).

Next up will be the police luitenant or some street lights for my Games & Gears battle boards!

Games & Gears  >:( >:( >:(
What a bunch of deceitful, devious operators. Dreadful Kickstarter, the "bait and switch" they pulled on the boards is about as close as you can get to full on fraud.  Still waiting to see my set (promised and guaranteed to be with me at the very latest by end of August)

The HINT stuff on the other hand is superb, I got into that KS initially just for the rules and cards but the figures are amazing, you have done a great job on that Hunter.

Wow that is amazing.  I am sad I did not get in on the Kickstarter.  Oh well I will just purchase  it when  it comes out.

The HINT Kickstarter is still available for late pledges. Due to delays in getting the revised rule set out they have kept the pledge manager open (too many people want to see the rules before deciding on increasing their pledge).
Exact same deal as was available to the end of the KS.

That cyber-hunter is a fantastic figure. A little 'Assassins creed' in there - and that's to my liking!  :-*  :-*

Your paint job is fantastic! I like the way the raised areas are lighter, and blend so well!  8)

Cheers

Update – Cyberspace and indoor gaming tiles

A terrain related update. I finally finished my Cyberspace gaming tiles for Cyberspace gaming. I printed the designs, glued them to black foamcore and cut them. Easypeasy and I’m happy I’ve finished the product.

Next up are the first half of my Pwork gaming tiles. I wanted to have some tiles for indoor games. Although I have Space Hulk, DOOM, Sedition Wars and some AT-43 tiles I don’t think they are perfect for Cyberpunk sci-fi games. Space Hulk is too gothic and gloomy, DOOM is too bloody, Sedition Wars is unwieldy and AT-43 is too vague. So time to do something else. Pwork sells nice floorplans. I bought them, printed them and also glued them on black foamcore and cut them. The ones in the photos are half of what I’ve got, I only need to cut the second half of the foamcore pieces.

I’m happy with how these have turned out. Two evenings work and enough options for many games. Next Friday I have a Cyberpunk session, so time to try them out!
I’m only doubting whether to add magnets to the foamcore to make it a rigid layout which won’t slide apart at the slightest bump.
And of course the table layout needs a lot of furniture. And I want to get some random acryllic cuts for CYberspace. THat will be the hardest part. Random acryllic things that seem electronic or digital in design, but still a bit vague in design. Think of them as cyberspace furniture.

How about mounting them in felt and have a felt matt on the table, that should be fairly sturdy with regard to being knocked around?

cheers

Or maybe small patches of velcro underneath on a felt mat? THat sounds like a lot less work and super sturdy too. Good idea!
