Fantastic! :o Grittier than a gravel bath! You’ve really nailed that worn out building look! :-*

As I have said before, this is a great thread and project!  :-*

The terrain and minis are absolutely top notch.

Been a while, so this was desperately in need of an update! I received some great mdf kits by Zen Terrain (now OOP unfortunately) from a mate and painted them last week. Super easy to do and they should dress up my table nicely. The acrylic pieces look awesome on these.

Benches

Street Lanterns

And I've been building some huge scenery pieces which I hope too paint soon. Excellent for scenarios.

Really cool additions indeed!  8)

I would be hesitant to put my behind on those benches though...  lol
Miniatures you say? Well I too, like to live dangerously...

  • In glorious 3D!
hey, lovely to see an update appear here! Simple street furniture like this really helps make a place look alive, and provides some good cover!

Those benches look plenty utilitarian and worn, good work.

Very effective scatter terrain. I like the street lights a lot - it's nice to have height on a table.

Thanks lads! Always motivating to see your replies 8)

And another update, I rushed these in 3 weeks before my vacation as I wanted them done before late August.

Security Guards

Cool models from Star Saga (or now Deadzone), but cast in PVC. So not the sharpest cast, but still great models. These make for fantastic Security Guards in my Cybeprunk games. And they come with a fantastic sergeant too (with fully cybernetic arm!). Kept the colours straightforward and they painted up nice and fast.

Customs Inspectors/Guards

Classic models by Andy from Heresy Miniatures. I once bought these when they were released...and then sold them about ten years later (I think to Daeothar!). But I wanted them again, so ordered a new set from Etsy. Great models to paint and I painted them in 30-45 minutes each.

So now I have a lot of cool NPCs to use in my Cyberpunk games. Which is awesome, because I want to playtest my Dystopian Dreams game late August with some mates. And I need NPCs like these to get it right.
But I also need more painted scenery (MOAR!), which is primed and ready for some airbrushing. That'll probably be the next update.

The Mantic brick terrain looks great! I bought some and the destroyed city terrain a couple months back to use for post apoc and modern games. Did you freehand the graffiti or are they decals?

I painted those security guard from Star Saga not so long ago and thought about using them for Cyberpunk as well ^^

Good job on those, could you tell where are your bases from please ?

These are from Pats Laser Cuttings. Basically he cut a ton of 1mm slices of mdf in all sorts and types for me and I glued these into these multilayered bases.

Indeed you did  :) And I even painted them up too  lol  Yours look really good and I like the squad of corporate goons as well; a very useful resource to have on hand!

You ordered Heresy miniatures through Etsy? Does Andy have a store there as well? And are they still metal there, or are they resin?
