Thanks! But who was brave enough to go ahead and shave him?!? :o ;D

I'm only jealous because I can't do anything for Star Wars until after Salute  :(

How much midnight oil have you stocked up on?  :D I've got a few days rest before next Saturday.  :P

So, the belly of the beast.

Firstly, I have added some more surface detailing to break up the larger areas and I've added the sensor domes for some classic flavour.

Here is the engine underside minus main engines.

And now with engines roughly in place.

Here are the main power plant reactors needing a lot more work.

And here is the last main area for detailing and bulking out.

Last, but not least is the nose underside with some representative gun placements.

That's it so far but I have gone and bought shares in Plastruct to ease the financial burden of this particular madness.  ;D ;D :D

Now I'm going to watch the Rogue One trailer again to get some ideas on the new ships. ;D :D

That is some quality detailing there, sir.
Spot on with the 'look'.

Here's a quick paint job to split up my work from basing and sticking bits of plastic together.  The ship is made up of some scraps and resin casts from my other transport that are just lying around.

Very nice, especially since you have made it from bits that others may well have scrapped.
