Another Inso thread brimming with cool ideas :)  That hover bike is great.

The plastic squat kit is a bit of a disaster when it comes to the arms.  Most of the metal/platic body + plastic arms ranges from that era are a lot of work to get right.  A scuplted arm approach like you are is the only real solution I think.

Cutting down the lasguns is a must too. 

Im looking forward to seeing more.

This thread keeps getting better and better!

As for robot arms, if you can't find something appropriate, you could always use some bass guitar strings to make the snake-like arms that so much classic 40k artwork has.

I'm not sure if the miniature will be for sale... it depends on what Hasslefree Miniatures want to do with it :)
