Hi. I've signed up for the Wargames Illustrated LR tourney and I'll pick up the rule book from Northstar this week.

I have a practice game on Tues, what figures comprise a Later English/WotR Retinue?

I have a painted army so figure selection shouldn't be a problem  (he says hopefully )

What tourney is this?

Standard 24pt army would comprise 6 foot knights, 12 bill and 24 archers. There about. Obviously there's more options to play with.

LR rules downloaded for less than £5. I'll make it up to Nick ... 

Death jester- sorry,  I don't know. It may have sold out. I attended their Africa game so may have had dibs. It's only a small event because of space restrictions

First two games of LR yesterday evening and great fun.

My Late English held firm against two opponents who brought similar Retinues of Foot MAAs , Fierce Foot, Archers and Bidowers.

I do so enjoy a decent ruleset that I have figures already for ...
