For role playing use my go to company is Reaper.

Ral Partha have a good selection, as do Black Tree designs.

If you watch the Cult faction for Freebooters Fate, they may release some pirate skeletons. Right now, they have pirate zombies, but its a new faction and may expand into skeletons soon.

I was actually surprised there wasn't already one in there or in say, Ron & Bones. I'll keep an eye out.
