Thanks gentlemen!  :D :D

Very impressive Andy - you must enjoy cutting plasticard!  8)

Thanks Steve! In answer to your question mate....no, I don't like cutting plastic card, but couldnt think if any other way of doing it! ::)

Insanely cool  :o

Will you provide the board with proper era cars as well?

I'm supposed to be getting a couple of the CD transit vans to paint up. Ones going to be done in the colours of Walter Pecks team. (The guy that trys to shut down the Ghostbusters).

@Hawkeye- I'm going to cheat! ;)

The cafe window is going to be a photo, cut to size, glued in and covered in ckear plastic. I'm sure it was Pappa Midnight that did it on his Victorian shop builds and it looks crackin!

Astounding work as always!  :o

I'm working on some buildings with stairs and I'm curious what you used. Are the stairs themselves custom built or they prebuilt styrene one pieces? I picked up Plastruct O scale and G scale and I am looking for something in between like what you have. What brand are they? Plastruct, Evergreen, something else? Are they 1:48? Sorry for so many questions. Your pics are just in time for me to continue on my own project.

I'm afraid they're all scratched mate! I found the plastic sheet from Antenocities soft and easy to cut/work with!

I wish I'd known about the pre made stairs now, it would've saved a LOT of hassle!!

Thanks again guys!

Andy, if working with plasticard isn't your preference then you deserve double the plaudits for seeing it through to such a tremendous finish.

This is so cool! You really are the master of gaming boards. I thinks this is the best one I've seen since your ruined temple board.

Holy crap! You're a machine then! I tried making just one single short flight of stairs in plasticard and gave up. It was the wonkiest thing I've ever built. I think I found the right size for my 40k and sci fi terrain now. I initially used Plastruct O (1:48 scale), and it was very accurately scaled for 28mm...but it "looked" small with my 40k stuff. I ordered a set of their 1:32 stairs and I think while technically too large to be in true scale, they are big enough that miniature bases slot between the steps so they can stand on the stairs and they aren't so big as to look like they were made for giants.

They might be good if you want to save time next project  :)

Yeah, when we used to play 40k, many moons ago, it was 1:35 scale barrels and stuff we used as certain terrain pieces. Oil drums and jerry cans.
