I am working on an editable pdf so you can make the casting value whatever you want.

Sounds good  :)

Ok based on feedback, most like the simplified version. Also since most will be printing these at home I switched to a white border. Unfortunately I do not have a copy of the rulebook yet and it will probably be another 3 weeks before I do. So I am working in the dark, so to speak. V1.0 of the cards are done. I used my own icons for the different factions. I don't know if there are ones in the rule book or not. I may come up with a revised version of the spell cards after I get my hands on the rulebook. I am also working on an editable pdf so you can change the casting value yourself. But that is not done yet. On to the links...

These look great. As a thought for the casting level changing, when printed out if put in card selves then with a pen you can always overwrite the value with the correct one for that character. Just an idea.

Excellent work Audrey!!! Thanks for the time and effort you've put into these and for then sharing your work with the community, it's greatly appreciated :)

Perhaps in your editable PDF version, you could make it so the casting number can be left blank if players wish. I'll likely print these out and laminate them in pouches, so I can write whatever casting number is current at the time of each game with a marker that can be wiped clean with metho or terps.

Very nice work.

Interesting to see the icons for the different casters you used.

Some are almost exactly the same as the ones I came up with:

Let's see if people can name them all, so I know they're intuitive enough...  ;)

Left to right...

Vinomancer, Pyromancer, Astronomancer, Indyjonesomancer, Dentistomancer, Faxomancer, Keyholmancer, Pacmancer, Palm Reader, Dinner Lady.

One, or maybe more, of those will not be appearing in an official Frostgrave supplement...

Vinomancer? A lost opportunity if you ask me..

PROPER PISHED Difficulty: 8

If not in combat all figures must make a full move and initiate combat with ANY figure. Those already in combat move 1" away from their opponent and declare 'I love you man' with tears in their eyes. Any figure near an animal companion must approach the companion and hug it and stroke it.

Cherries
Pacmancer / 10 / Line of Sight
Target a treasure token in line of sight. If the spell is successful, that treasure token is replaced by magic cherries. When rolling for treasure post-game, the wizard whose warband captured the magic cherries may choose to roll on the Magic Produce table instead of on the regular treasure table.

Power Pellets
Pacmancer / 10 / Self Only
Only a wizard may cast this spell. If successful, the wizard can temporarily banish any Undead creature. To do so, the wizard must make contact with the undead model, at which point it is sent to the centre of the board. The effects of the spell wears off at the end of the wizard's next activation. This spell may only be cast a maximum of 4 times per game.

Apologies if I gave offence – I was just having a little fun off the back of your open challenge to test our intuition – I took that in jest, and responded in kind – no harm intended.
