Wow, super battle report.
Excellent terrain and figures.
It looked to me that midway of the battle they British were going to win.
Surprised that the Americans pulled it out.
Any reasons why?
Kind of looks to me the British ran out of bodies.
Thanks for sharing.

I think that's right, they just ran our. Our tactic of falling back to a second line of defence worked well on the flanks and by the time they made it to our second lines they lacked the manpower to make much impact. The militia fought well, but that was more down to lucky rolls on the morale rolls.

Thanks but I would have to refer you to Al who makes all the terrain. I will see if I can get him to give any of his trade secrets away.

Beautiful! I like the basing schemes, 5 bases, 2 ranks.
"One of My Men Became Restless" focuses on 15mm Horse & Musket periods and 25mm Horse & Musket, Fantasy, Horror and Victorian everything! Occasionally there'll be stuff of related interest but it's mostly a painters blog.  See it all here: http://flashman14.blogspot.com/

Thanks for the comments. Glad you liked them.

Vlad has posted more pictures on his blog, taken with a camera with a more powerful lends, for a wider view of the battlefield.
