Thanks Lamilvelo for your kind comment! Keep eating that oatmeal, fiber fiber , fiber, you won't enjoy the hobby with a cranky colon lol. I've had some thoughts on the neighborhoods of Felsted. Although wizards of different schools could live anywhere in the city, it seems reasonable that those of the same schools of magic would tend to congregate near one another. This would give the city districts that would emphasize one school over another even to the architecture. An example might be the Necromancer's District. This neighborhood would probably be near cemeteries and necropoli for raw materials. The buildings would be like forts to keep your competitors undead hordes out of your parlour. There would likely be a lot of death related artwork. The Enchanter's quarter I  see being a cross between a smithy and a sculptor's studio. An industrial feel with piles of lumber, stone and ingots of metal with partially completed constructs standing about. The Witches enclave would be park like with trees and plants useful to their craft. The wandering monster table could be tweeked to reflect the neighborhood, more undead in the Necromancer's area, more animals in the Witches, ect. Anyway just some thoughts.

New Necromancer and Zombie! The Necromancer, Countess Calagari and her Somnambulist( Zombie ) Cesare. The Countess is from West Wind's classic Vampire Wars range. The zombie is an Artizan mini. He's from their Midnight Workshop-Fog line. Both figures were recently acquired and both were a treat to paint. The sculpting on the zombie is particularly nice.

This is Dr. Coutts from Artizan. I'm posting more pics because I didn't think my other photo did it justice.

Newest Elementalist & Apprentice! Captain Ahab (l) and his apprentice Mr. Starbuck. Herman Melville based his characters in Moby Dick or the White Worm on these two Felsted adventurers. Ahab is an Artizan mini, Edmund Lucas, from their Borderland-Fog line. I received him over Christmas. It's a lovely sculpt that was quite enjoyable to paint. The other fig is from the late , great Grenadier Miniatures. He's a Street Mage from their Shadowrun line. I've owned this lead since the mid 90s. He was the one in the blister pack I couldn't figure out a use for. I went with a water/ice elemental theme for this duo. Thank you The Grey Ghost, Knightofspades and beefcake for the kind words!

Ahab's Warband ( Crew)! Well the start of one. I am going for a nautical theme for this Warband. The crew are all from Brigade Games. The one on the left is from their Victorian Gangster line. I based his hair on a real life example. The other two are from Brigade's Napoleonic line, they're French sailors. I would like to finish this Warband up with Javelineers. I don't have the Lich Lord supplement yet, so if it's not treading on copyrights or toes, could someone share the Javelineers stats with me? Thank you in advance.

Mr. Norrell and Mr. Strange, Sigilists. I watched Jonathon Strange and Mr. Norrell just before I discovered Frostgrave on this forum. It certainly was part of the inspiration for Frostgrave Victoriana. Mr. Norrell is the seated fig, hastily penning a spell. Strange, Norrell's apprentice, is painted as close as I could to how the character looked in the mini-series. Both of these figs are from Brigade Games. They are French Savants from Brigades Napoleonic line.

Illusionist and Thug! The Illusionist is from Ral Partha's Ravenloft line. I purchased this fig in the 90s. I'm guessing he's a vampire but I painted him as Lord Thistledown, the antagonist from Strange & Norrell. The thug is a recent acquisition by Artizan, Bill Sykes from their Midnight Workshop /Fog line. I painted the mini as a large angry leprechaun, Paddy O Furniture. The final pic shows Lord Thistledown with his apprentice Siegfried N. Roy, who I painted last Fall.

Soothsayer & Apprentice! Soothsayer W. Whonkah (L) and his apprentice Hermy. Whonkah uses a small statuette as a focus. Hermy uses a traditional crystal ball. Both figs are from Brigade Games Napoleonic line. The Soothsayer is a French savant in Egypt and the apprentice is a French sailor with a grenade. That's nine of the ten schools of magic represented all I need is an apprentice Thamaturgist and I'll have the set! I received an order of West Wind Vampire Wars figs so there will be a plethora of new thugs and thieves soon.

New Thugs! The unsung, unwashed, disposable heroes of Frostgrave. I like thugs, they are one of my favorite parts of the game. So useful and affordable and expendable. The thug on the left is from Brigade Games Victorian Gangster's line. The other two are from Westwind's Vampire Wars line. All had a lot of character and were fun to paint. I recently received an order from Old Glory of Westwind's Victorian Mob and Victorian Thugs so there will be more of these miscreants painted soon!

Javeliners & Thug! Final crew members for Ahab's war band. All the new figs are from WestWind's Vampire Wars line. Javeliners or in this case Harpoonists seemed a natural fit for this nautical band. I tried to add Polynesian tatoos to the Queequeg fig to make it look like the character from Moby Dick. My first attempt at it, not 100% satisfied but it will do. I'm happy with how the warband turned out, lots of variation on blues, greys and off off white. Ahab's crew is economical, comprised of thugs, thieves, javeliners and a treasure hunter. If I did the math correctly there is gold left over.
