RACM32's Frostgrave Project, (New Warband and monsters 9/30/16 )
« on: September 20, 2015, 02:35:00 PM »
So for my Frostgrave project I have chosen to go with Reaper bones and Dark Haven minis to start with.

First is a slightly out of focus Man-at-arms:

Next is a Thug and Crossbowman

And A Treasure Hunter:

And my first monster done is a Werewolf:

I have chosen some Privateer Press models for my constructs. Here they are assembled but not painted:

Cool choices. Each really looks the role they are supposed to fill. Very nice miniatures.

First up a thug, man-at-arms, and treasure hunter.

Also 3 treasure markers.

A major demon and 2 imps.

And a wild dog.

I like your idea of using warmachine engines as constructs. Don't mind me using the idea ;-)

Just finished my Wizard and Apprentice Sigilists as well as a load of monsters. As always you can find more close up photos on my blog as well as a short back story to my warband.

Starting on my Frostgrave terrain board. Going to make 9 12"x12" tiles to start with. Here are the first 2 ready for paint.

I'm putting little magnets in the sides that will help keep them from sliding apart when on the gaming table. Will make 4 of the 90* bends, 2 T intersections, 2 dead ends, and 1 park that can double as a graveyard.

Very nice stuff :).  Is that pink foam you have inscribed for the boards?
Presumably the Pink Panther is another wandering monster lol

I may have to nick the scrap thralls idea, they make great constructs for a ''Mechromancer''.

Yes, just drew the details, then go over it with hobby knife and then a pen. Just common insulate foam in the US.
