Very nice paint jobs on these - I especially like to frozen steel effect on the mercs' armors. You'd even improve the looks with adding some interest to their bases. Plain snow bases are not bad, but adding in a few rocks, tree branches or other little items of interest, would majorly improve the overall look. Perhaps only partial snow, so that rocky terrain, flagstones, or whatever is underneath, can catch some interest!
