Gah, should have taken a closer look at the picture, for some reason I assumed that was all one warband.

As my city (when it is finished) is suited for more then just TNT, some extras from a bygone era....

2 statues of power armoured troopers (aka Space Marines)

As you can see the old imperial eagle was also replaces as the place had gained a couple of rather German nicknames, apparently.

Some great weathering effects going on here.
 :-* :-*

I have some similar types of scenery to build soon, so this will be great inspiration.

Since I will be demoing the game (eventually) and I'm collecting so many useful buts for it, I'd better get things sorted.

Nice to see my labelwriter can be used to print of B/W pictures too, that will come in handy. Now all the dice, counters and rulers are in one box, and as soon as I have demo models they will go inhere too, as well as more scenic counters then the laminated ones I have now. And with a little space for the water heater (this box is purely for demoing the Tanks for Nothing scenario.

Finally starting to get back into the modelling parts of things again.

Was cobbling some light cover together, I'll make some more if I can salvage the mangled sprues I was sent.

Secondary effects optional

Looking at the picture of the buried bombs - my eye was caught by the offcut ends on the left of the photo. Please tell me I'm not the only person who saw those and thought "breasts"!!

This is a seriously good thread. Actually - couldn't those offcuts be put on small bases and terrained in for use as IEDs?

take those tips and then get a cheap angel statue from the dollar store or a small doll face from the craft store, then add some rubble to make a collapsed statue or a sign to a strip joint!

Or use them on a larger scale from female punk model and make a Tank Girl memorial statue... lol
