Dragon Rampant in 15mm/10mm?
« on: December 26, 2015, 08:13:56 AM »
I was pleased to get my copy of Dragon Rampant from Osprey on Christmas Eve and think it looks like an amazing set of rules. Partly for storage reasons and partly because I have a fairly small table at home (more suitable for skirmish games) I'm planning on trying it out in a smaller scale, like 15mm or 10mm, but I have zero experience using either of these scales. Can anyone recommend some good ranges for fantasy figures in this line?

Ral Partha Europe sell Demon World minis. I don't collect this scale but what they have looks nice on their store.

Copplestone castings all the way!! A great range of Northmen/barbarians.
RalPartha have some great figures too. The service from RPE is fantastic.

Splintered Light have some superb figures. There's also a small but excellent selection from Khurasan.

Kallistra and Pendraken also have good fantasy ranges!

Surely "what 10/15mm fantasy ranges are there?" is one of the most commonly asked and easy to look up questions around, but I'll add that Eureka do good work in 10mm (and 18, if that helps), just because they do :)

Yes Pendraken are good but are 10mm which to my eyes is just to small for a skirmish game. In 15mm you still have the character of the individual figure but get the savings in cost and space over 28s.

True. But their 10mm Fantasty (new Warband) range is more 12-13mm than 10mm. Check them out, especially the new resculpted fantasy Warband stuff. You will not be disappointed.
