Some more snaps of the game.
First picture are the Garibaldini after deployment,yes they do look suspiciously like Perry ACW minis :),the second is of the Neapolitan cavalry cantering toward their demise on the Garibaldini bayonets a few moves later  :)

My lad and I played a Zulu War battle using a Hordes of the Things colonial war variant called Hordes of the Empire. Great fun with a Zulu victory, much to my son's delight.

I'm not into dr Who at all (don't think its that big in this in the Lowlands)

It's not up to the painting standards of this thread, because we used a lot of wip figures (I paint slowly and I have to provide everything for these games) but here is episode four, part one of our Orks vs Cowboys game, The Siege of the St. Bernard mission.



The first wave, consisting of 52 goblins and a cave troll assaulting the walls defended by outlaws, farmers, monks and three mysterious strangers. At the end 32 goblins and the troll was lost before falling back. Only one dead on the defenders side. Part two will see the next wave attacking. Orcs and uruk-hai are ready to give it a go  :)

Played another round of western Gun fighting. I have played this scenario before with different players. Interesting enough the ending was simular and just as epic as the last time. In this game I played the Lawmen and won the day. In fact my legendary law man "Nash Bilton" took out 4 outlaws single handedly to win the day  8)

They fought the law and the law won!  :D
