Ghost in the Shell Stand Alone Complex, but skipping to the 2nd Gig because the outfit Kusanagi has to wear in the first season is horrid. Plus there's more hardcore military tech in the second season, isn't there?

Skirmish game, obviously. But not Infinity.

I would like to see a range of 28mm figures based on The Trigan Empire - thinking back reading the stories in Look & Learn must have been my first experience of Sci-Fi.

I'm thinking differing scales : 28mm for skirmish, 6mm-10mm for battles with vehicles or fighter combat and then another scale for big space fleet actions.

Personally?  I would love, LOVE someone to get a proper license to produce the first generation of G.I. Joe in a quality 28-32mm table top wargame.

I was trying to think of an epic fantasy world, but if that's the level we're shooting at: Bravestarr. (What? No, shut up, it was great...)

(I never saw G.I. Joe as a kid. Was I deprived?)

Also, Usagi Yojimbo. I might actually crack that copy of Ronin open again if the minis I could use included rabbits, rhinos, cats, bat ninjas...  ;D

Game of Thrones is one property I wouldn't like to see as a wargame. A little bit because it'd be based on the iffy costumes from the TV show (and I tired of that anyway), but mostly because I think it'd fall prey to officialitis. It'd be a flash in the pan and over when the last season finishes up and the hype disappears; people staying away in droves, previous fans selling their entire collections; no-one bothering with it because there's no more group with a license constantly churning out new official minis welded to official rules; cats and dogs living together... it'd be LotR all over again. And I have a feeling it'd involve rules based on pre-set special rules and character combos.

Maybe that'd happen to any property, and there are few GoT/ASoIaF players anyway; although I've seen more unofficial GoT armies here on the LAF than unofficial LotR armies anywhere.

There was a set of Usagi Yojimbo minis! They were even properly licensed!

I'm afraid the manufacturer completely escapes me and of course they're quite rare, long OOP, and frankly not great quality. But it was a full range, with 40+ sculpts including at least 2-3 variants of Usagi.

Star Wars is a good option… but I would also like to see cartoon type minis in 28mm like The Simpsons and Futurama…
A CANADIAN local hobby store with a small selection of historical wargames miniatures (mainly from Warlords). They also have a great selection of paint and hobby accessories from Vallejo, Army painter, AK Interactive, Green Stuff World and more.; https://tistaminis.com/

SF3D/ Ma.K in 6mm for massed battles on a reasonable sized table. I tried it in 1/35th but it is too big.

Yes please!  :o  I'd go for 15mm but would be happy with 20mm or 28mm as well... Hell, any legit license for this IP.

Television is rather a frightening business. But I get all the relaxation I want from my collection of model soldiers. P. Cushing

A mass battle game set in the Malazan world could be great fun I think. Could be tricky to balance though, with the powerful magics and the bad-ass Malazan marines. But any game with undead dinosaurs have a lot of potential.
