They are the Zombicide Black Plague Murder of Crows set https://zombicide.com/en/pg/murder-of-crows-black-plague/
They come as 15 identical crow swarms but Michael converted them to get different sized swarms. They look great, I definitely need to get some

Yes the Ravens are from Zombicide "Murder of Crowz" box, and I have indeed converted them a bit to get more varity you can see more pictures of my Ravens here
