That all looks superb.  I'm currently mulling over how to approach this scale of dungeoneering.  The models are available but what I'm most unsure of is basing, how it would match to the dungeon tiles in terms of shape and size etc.  How have you worked this?  I'm not even sure if Ral Partha's models, for example even come with bases or have ample moulded bases.  15mm is something I'm unfamiliar with generally so any advice appreciated.

Ral Partha's minis come with small round integral bases. I reckon you could get away with just using them as they are, but I'd prefer a slightly bigger base, so I've placed mine on 12mm washers. Don't know quite how you'd do dungeon bases, other than greenstuffing some over the tops of the integral bases.

Washers - good shout. I have ordered the models so will be able to better judge their stance on seeing them.

Washers work great - paint them the same color as your dungeon floor and they practically disappear.

Washers are great, but I recently tried some acrylic transparent bases - they work on 15mm too! Probably a good option is you're changing terrain locations a lot. Got mine from Sally 4th - 15mm rounds.

Mostly about miniature painting and collecting, mostly 15mm non-historical, but then anything goes!

I have decided to go for Perspex transparent bases. They work out a lot cheaper than washers, the cost of which surprised me when I looked.

The biggest obstacle so far is the tiles themselves - I think I might settle for an unsatisfactory measure in the short term, unless I can find what I am looking for easily. 28mm is extremely well catered for but 15mm requires some effort - the horror!

You are right. I did have choosing to use some "depron" ( very easy to sculpt, cut, cheap and very light (it's very important if you need to move it in convention or club).
As exemple :

Doors come from Ral Partha Europe 15mm range.

One option for Dungeon Tiles that works rather well is to get some laser cut squares of nicer plywood (While I'm working in the 25-32mm range, I've ordered from the Woodcrafter since I tend to use the 1.25" grid), it's rather easy to just use a woodburner/pyrography stylus to burn the grid into the tiles, then just prime and paint it however you want followed by some adhesive backed felt sheets I cut to size and attach to the underside to protect the table I play on.

All you need to do differently than I do is use a smaller grid...

Those are some damn fine painted figures.  Those doors look pretty snazzy too.  Might have to pick up a few with the next warband order.
