After a six months painting hiatus it was time to get back to painting.

Blitzkrieg Model Sdkfz 231 with converted Perry Miniatures crewman. Note to oneself: Don't try and paint a crewman you have glued into the turret. :-(

A couple of touch-ups are required since the pics have been taken.

Is that the top half of the artillery spotter from the Pak 36 crew serving as the vehicle commander?

Thanks guys. Yes Richard he is that miniature. From what I read. German crews usually wear their webbing when in action.

German Luftwaffe Traffic operator on Sicily acknowledging the 75th anniversary on the landing. Utilising the Perry Miniatures German flak crew miniature with a plastic tropical helmet and the Italian traffic operator gloves and paddle.







Fiat OCI 708 CM Trattore - John Hart model for Perry Miniatures







John was very kind to supply myself with a tractor before sending the master to Michael Perry. I painted mine for Sicily.

The Perry model has the driver attached to the seat less seat mounted assy which is on the tractor.

A beautiful model and my ever grateful thanks to John and Michael.
