Thanks Pocoloco! The more I look at the engine in the picture and the one I've started building, I don't like it. I've ripped it off and I'll start again. I'll still use the rocket bell and blue tank it's attached to but not the waterpistol bit!

So I've got a good bit further with this. The top front corner has been filled in with scrap foamcore and polyfilla and sanded down to a curved shape. I've then used green stuff to smooth any dents out.







I've also sorted out my far side window issue. It's still a bit rough, but when it dries I'll sandpaper it.....either that, or hide it with the end paint job.



I've also changed the engine. It now has a turbine on the front. I've still got a lot of pipes and gubbins to make it more engine-y.



Oh....and I now have a flight stand....
