Some hunting and some gathering
« on: March 19, 2017, 12:31:32 PM »

We have been playing around with some interesting predator mechanics to create a smooth and interactive experience for our Palaeo hunters. If you get a chance, please do stop in and have a look.

Cheers gents. It's coming along very well. Core mechanics are done, it is just fine (and sometimes not-so-fine tuning now).

Cheers, Blood Sweat and Cheers is a great little game. It is all done, but still waiting for it's turn in the Ganesha release schedule.

Very unusual and funny! :o lol Congratulations.

May I suggest that "wounded models" and "when the first model is killed" sounds strange in the otherwise excellent narrative, talking about live animals and men... Wounded "characters" or "creatures" etc would sound better in the story and rules? (...or that's just me). :D

I like those minis!  They look great and have lots of character.  Which line are they from?

They look like they might be the Flytrap 20mm cavemen.

Aye, as Capt. Jake says, they are Flytrap Factory (a NZ company - don't hold it against them, but it does mean expensive postage). These are from the great 20mm range that has been around for a little while now. They recently had a KS for a 28mm range in which these guys are to feature as pygmies, but I like them better than the larger 28mm sculpts and they work fine as they are.  :-*

Love it, if it wasn't for Snog, Urrg and Bow mankind would never have flourished...
and wargaming would never have been invented!

Thanks! I don't currently have a need, but I'm gonna go look at the page.  Besides, when have I ever let that stop me before?

Unfortunately, they don't seem to be selling them on their web site right now.

Maybe email them?

I have a couple sets somewhere, I like them a lot.
