Except for the 1st I backed all Zombicide KS.
I backed this one too, but so far I am underwhelmed.

Pretty much just recycled. New: Swamp terrain tiles, some different Monsters, the horde mechanism, barricades and hedges.
:(
In addition Orks - meh, I just do not like Fantasy so much.
I think tis time I will sell the game box and just keep some of the stretch goal minis like the fat monk and the Vikings.

Do not get me wrong - Zombicide is still one of my all time favourite and most played games! I must be the fantasy setting... :)
Whereas for me, I love fantasy, and orcs, and undead so it ticks all my boxes plus it's my first zombicide. :)

I love the fact it expands and is compatible with Black Plague.  The minis are gorgeous and also useful for Dragon Rampant.  Didn't even think twice, backed it.

Only backed the first Zombicide KS...didn't see the appeal in getting the others. It's just more of the same IMO. And I'm not really interested anymore in Kickstarters just to get tons of PVC miniatures. I'd rather have less miniatures of higher quality and of better material.

I played 1st Edition as well as Black Plague and I must say that Black Plague is actually a much improved game, with the Necromancer and the much improved shooting rules just to name but a few. I got to the point that my 1st Edition will get sold soon.

True BP is the better Zombicide!
(Grumble, grumble since do not like the setting)

However, I still like the setting of the 3 KS much more.

And my true hope is a SF setting, a bit like Fallout Post apocalyptic plus all the heroes from the various franchises...
cheers and keep on gaming, Agis - https://www.adpublishing.de

Don't worry, they will milk the Z'side idea until it bleeds... Last year we were already philosoging about possible settings, like Sci-Fi, Cowboys/Western, Far East, Prehistoric and Pirates, to name but a few...
A good thing they came woth some additional interesting rusel for BP II, since if it were only new models I wouldn't bother.
And Malebolgia, I'd advice you to play a game of BP, it is a slightly different and more complete game with more options than the older versions, at least to me.  ;)

Okay, that sounds interesting. Now to find somebody who HAS Black Plague to get a game in ;)

I think that a trade for S1 KS edition with some extra's might be feasible, since these are quite hot AFAIK.

I have it, you're welcome to visit :p
But I would just advice you to read the rules online and for your opinion of that.

I do agree with Duncan though, it is a different beast that works much better. here are some changes:
If you shoot in a square with heroes, you only hit them if you miss
You have wizards with spells, inclusing a push them away and a healing spel
You have armour, which can negate hits, except from abominations
There are necomancers, that if they appear on the board create an additional Necromancers spawning zone.
The necromancer will move to the nearest spawning zone to flee the board, other than the one they came from
if a necomancer leaves the board either by dying or fleeing, the necromancet spawn zone turns into a regular spawning zone
if a necromancers is killed, the player can remove one spawning zone of their choice.
If too many additional spwaning zones are created, the players lose the game, so they will have to hunt them
You can play with multiple necromancer models, a so called caba, if you do, everytime a necromancers card is drawn, all necromancers on the board are activated, raising the difficulty considerably.

Of course I miss some things, but there are already pretty big changes, which make the game more enjoyable for me.
Why aim for gold if you can get lead?

Will possibly back this one (friends already have the other Black Plague boxes) although a bit disapointed with the price. Zombicide  $75, Black plague  $100 and now we are at  $120 for this one. I guess as long as they are backed the price will continue to rise.

The Bonner box is a must have for me just because of this massive troll/ogre thingy. Love it!

They look awfully cool, but I haven't been overwhelmed with the sculpt quality (it's nice seeing a resin master or a 3D print) once they're in the game box.  They're neat, but not the sharpest of minis.

Having not invested in Zombiecide before and sort of wishing I had I had high hopes that this one would be as good as black plague.

It's not. It falls a long way short IMHO. It will still raise loads of money. Just not from me.

I'm getting slightly less enthousiastic. There are not many models (sg's ) that appeal to me and the starting price of 120 US$ is pretty steep, even if we take into account the Dragon and the 2 war machines. Not sure I will back this one...
Hope there will be a sg/add on with at least 20 new scenario's, that is what was lacking in the original ZBP. They even could turn it into some art book, as alsmost all new CMON-projects have...
Models/characters aplenty already, don't need much more tbh.

Over at boardgamegeek they have a nice list of identified character homages in Green Horde:

But Muhammad Ali, Wolverine, Freddy Mercury and Iron Man as Zombicide fantasy survivors? Strange times ...
