Not entirely sure about what it means but I keep getting the following in the header for some reason...

It tends to pop up in multiple rows of the same thing...not sure if anyone else has the same issue or if it's just me.

I was getting funny little pie charts in horizontal rows. Figured it had to be a php upgrade.
