Wow, the gore on the zombies really pops on that tabletop!

Thanks - on one of the batches I got the blood a bit too bright - but I think I can mend it somewhat with a black ink wash - just not one that dries up matt.

It's fun to go overboard with the splatter effects, and the Mantic zeds are begging for some gore

WONDERFUL STUFF! The thought of facing off against hordes of Cannibalistic Deadites with sword, pike, & matchlock is far more terrifying than gunning them down with semi automatic weapons.

I actually consider doing Pipe & Plaid and Zombies for next year's Horisont - I only have to purchase and paint a handful of renaissance/pike&shot highlanders, dust off my Great Kilt/Belted Plaid, and I'll be good to go
