We use Ganesha Games' Flashing Steel for our pirate games. Great rules, quick and easy and still lots of tactical decisions!

Thanks for this. I already play AdvSoBH and more regularly, Mutants and Death Ray Guns. Infact, MDRG (without the reactions rule from Project X) is probably my wife's favourite mini game.

Glad to know we can play nearly the same game with our pirates. Now if only Ganesha would translate the Italian version of the Wild West set, I wouldn't need another ruleset.

I am hoping some of the Cutlass rule problems get fixed for Tombstone (KS) which I put a large sum into - even if it was mainly for the figures.
