Northstar Miniatures Plastic Fantasy Goblins Previewed!

Just found my elite orc/ goblin miniatures for my Tolkien Mordor Army, don't think these have been posted here already! These miniatures are for the new mass battle fantasy wargame by Osprey Games and Northstar Miniatures with plenty more metal and plastic kits announced already. The models as shown are the 3ups (the bases will be less thick) and will be produced in hard plastic. Posing is very uniform but those do look great!

Agree with the comment above but I'm sure their will be better build options and hopefull they will be compatible with Northstars other plastics.

Wow! Those look excellent: proper big fighting goblins! I wonder if there will be any short, broad-bladed swords in the kit, for Isengard purposes ...

They are ok but not overly drawn to them. I always think of Shaun of the Dead with this style of goblin..." goblins can`t look up"

I like them for the same reason I like Northstar's dwarves - they are generic but toward the grim side of generic.

I really like them. Very classic fantasy, not the super stylised Warhammer type which we have plenty of on the market. Looking forward to seeing the elves.

I like those, I just wish they would ditch the integral bases.  There is no practical reason for them and they take a lot of work to get them to look decent.
