Not an area of interest of mine but you just know that those are going to be some gorgeous figures!

Just out of curiosity anyone know if they're metal of plastics?

Bummer. So you gossiping, rumour-mongering fishwives turned Colonial Adventures into a kind of miniatures version of Heat Magazine for the last week all for nothing. Thanks a bunch.

Still, looking on the bright side it gives many of us the painting time we need to finish the hundreds we still have on the lead mountain. Maybe we just dodged a bullet.. lol

Alan Perry had stated on TMP that the "mystery range" were "three ups" indicating masters for plastic production.

Oh well, that's more money to buy Carlist War and Sudan figures!

Oh well....

Mind you, I've always been partial to full plate - and I do have a hundred or so unpainted Foundry figures somewhere, so Im not too disappointed :D

Okay. Just got back...  :)

Given that they were '3-ups' that would definitely suggest plastic.

They looked absolutely beautiful by the way...

No but they obviously did have access to  reasonable collection of stone fruit. As the famous Pathan love song records:

'There's a boy across the river,with a bottom like a peach

But alas, I cannot swim'
Em dezembro de '81
Botou os ingleses na roda
3 a 0 no Liverpool
Ficou marcado na história
E no Rio não tem outro igual
Só o Flamengo é campeão mundial
E agora seu povo
Pede o mundo de novo

I did have to chuckle yesterday when Captain Blood told me about the releases over a cappuchino at lunchtime. Never mind think of the money you have all saved. ;)
