« on: 12 November 2011, 10:33:10 PM »
Hi Guys
A quick  question.
Does anyone know if the Ral Partha Colonial range is any good and if so would it fit in with Perry Miniatures Sudan Range??
Cheers

Ral Partha was a very fine range of figures when they first came out. I owned alot of them.
Now I feel they are somewhat  dated.
They have very few poses compared with newer ranges. But with the native figures the weapons are glue on.
So you can bend arms some and glue weapons in different ways.
Also R.P.s are true 25mm.
All in all,  if you kept them in their own units they would look ok.
I would not mix R.P. and Perry's together.

Personally I'd go with all Perry or all RP.  IMHO they definately wont mix.

They are beautifully done, true 25mm figures sculpted by the great Tom Meir.
