I’m still mostly nursing when I’m at home. Nearly no time to paint, but at least I was able to take a couple of shots with my phone of my ever growing Nurgle horde.


By now I have the snail rider, a greater demon, a beastman hero, two sorcerors and masses of nirrglings of various sizes as well as two units of six lesser warbeasts. Quite a playable force with Dragon Rampant. When my beastmen, chaos warriors and some more Nurglings are painted, I’ll have enough choices and models for quite a huge game!

Ladies and gentleman, the army of pestilence on the march. First Lord Pustle on his trusted beast Slimák Pus-snygel.

Furunculus, a Great Unclean One summoned to the plane of the living, and Ormtartar, a beastman champion on a diseased polar bear.
Flugöga, a Chaos sorceror slowly mutating into a fly can be seen to the left.

And some final shots with all the Nurglings (I got nine large and 18 smaller ones. The aim is to have 1-2 units of big Nurglings and 3-4 units of small ones counting as hordes).

Thank you, Peter! I really like how the nurglings, while not huge, become serious monsters in 15mm…a nasty horde.

I didn’t manage a lot those last days, but here are some older minis.

Some of the excellent deep ones produced by Khurasan Miniatures. Lovely and very dynamic models right at home in the Hyborean Age where they raid settlements with their Pictish allies!

And two single shot which show really nicely the details of these models.

Long, long time ago I also bought some 1920s cops which might meet fierce resistance on a crackdown at Innsmouth

And finally a lovely demonworld centaur champion that will be part of my next chaos warband. Also a model painted some time ago.

One day, my friend, one day…

I’ve got quite some Picts ready, but these are from the tme when Mark Copplestone had just released them…awesome models…very Frazetta like.
So what I want to actually say is, the new characters set is still missing and I am not sure if I remember my exact color recipe …

Will post some pictures of them soon, right now we spent an afternoon and evening at the children doctor and chasing anti-fever juice for kids.
