Not done much with this have I? 😢

Still, maybe an opportunity for a reboot as I just made up some graveyard areas for my ww2 project.

For sure I can paint a few minis……..lol

That looks great, lovely pieces, very creepy and very normal looking, not over the top GW style . ;D

Slow progress is better than no progress!

Those graveyard sections are excellent, ideal for sneaking around in.  You need some Ghouls.

If you are 're-booting' this, why not have
a look at Silver Bayonets ????
People seem to be happy taking it out of
its Napoleonic home, so why not ECW?

That’s a very cool idea Pete!

I have enough here for my ww2 needs, but I think it needs expanding on a little for creepy gaming.

As such, utilising my clearly advanced CAD skills, I will make a few more sections so it can be “squared off”.

With that in mind, I have ordered a few more sarcophagi from Ainsty and a few more head stones to make it a tad more interesting and large enough to skirmish in.   I also have an old Britains Oak tree and may incorporate it into one of the bases.

By making them a little random in size, I can rearrange them into other layout shapes.   I have sufficient hedges / fences / walls a plenty with which to enclose the yard should I need to.

That should be perfect for a game in itself.  :)

That is very effective. Great use of the brick paver pathways.

Ah, but are the walls nice and 'crumbly' ?
A few derelict sections mixed in with some
'Bocage' style overgrown hedges would add
to the flavour. They are also useful in creating
'choke points', that way players have to bear
the terrain in mind.
Just a thought.

I do have crumbly walls…but they are Warlord plastic and not overly rustic…..I will probably look to make a new set of rustic ones for this ……we will see.

Cheers bud.

Ok to demonstrate, here I’m using some of my wooden (Renedra) fencing.   Works ok me thinks.

I agree though, I may need some specific walling / fencing sections incorporating the odd grave stone or lichgate for example.
