Really tremendous. May I ask, are the figures quite fragile and brittle?  I ask because in the past I've bought some resin figures from a manufacturer, and although the figures have been extremely well-detailed and very sharp, they have been very easily broken.

Maybe it depends what kind of resin is used? The mini's I have printed (Resin Phrozen 4K) are imo stronger than i.e the V&V miniatures and have the same sturdiness as i.e Victrix and Perry plastics. I've printed a salamander (Lizardmen) and that is atleast as Games Workshop plastic monsters.

So a tried painting a spearmen, but now without using a shade wash (mix of Agrax Eartshade and Lahmian.)

I have to say that I prefer this more than using the above wash mix.

Now I want to repaint my casualty scene , but first I need to finish everything from the months april, may and june.

Update:

6 wip spearmen. I still need to finish more spearmen. Than I need to do the shields and spears. Assemble them, add them to 40x40 mm bases and finish them. I quite like them. Although the close ups are always a bit of a shock

I have also painted the first mini for my command on foot (shield still needs to be added).

The army will be under the command of Berenguer Ramon II, Count of Barcelona.

Not painted yet, as it is a test print the sculptor asked me to do. It still needs cleaning, but I am blown away by it. I also finetuned my printer settings a bit more. Look at the small detail in the helmet.

This is going to be my currently unnamed warrior-bishop :-D

Yeah, that is amazing quality. Hard to imagine a few years ago being able to produce figures of that quality in your home.

OK, slightly OT but seeing as we're on the subject of Caballero 3D printed miniatures I have a question.

What is the best way to clean up the miniatures before priming and undercoating?

I have heard use 99% alcohol then dry in the Sun (which might difficult at times in the UK) 

What do you all think (please)?

After the print I clean it in 99% alchohol, than drop them in clean water, than warm water. After that I remove very carefully the support. Because of the warm water the supports are even softer, but the drawback is that small delicate parts are also more delicate.
Than I place them for a couple of minutes in the sun and I turn them one or twice. ;-)

But the sun is indeed a problem, last time I had to wait two days before I had proper sun light (Belgium). ;-)

I received the models with the supports have already been removed so it would just be 99% alcohol and then soap and water?
