Slow burn project to build the full game to play against my regular board game opponent.

Built cheaply with a bag of fighters from GZG, a grab bag of plastic spaceships from Plastic Soldier Company (only three types so I've cut and shut loads of them), two sprues of smaller craft from EM4, some clothes pegs and assorted crap from my bits box.

About £40 all in which I don't think is too bad, especially as I have loads of stuff left over for other projects.

Wow! If your board game partner isn't excited to play with these, then you need to find another gamer...  lol

Spotted this image by Dapeng Chen a while back and wanted to build a similar beast but with a rider.

Started with a GW Old World Cavalry, hacked into the uniform barding, added half a Stormcast, some bits from a GW demon (tail and armour), lots of bits from the bits box and quite a lot of greenstuff.

Probably my favourite bodgejob (prefer this term to kitbash) of the year.

That’s quite striking! Your bodgejob certainly captured the mood in the digital drawing.

Not a surprise, really, as your bodges all the way through this thread are very cool. Lots of inspiration for anyone who is into putting unexpected things together.

That is impressive.

Really like the horse/unicorn and rider.

I'm enjoying the creative spaceships too...

Have about 30 Burrows and Badgers miniatures already painted but a gift from a friend started me with them again.

My youngest son has also bought me a few Fox characters too which will be getting down very soon, along with a few Wind in the Willows chaps from Northumbria Tin Soldier, also gifted from a friend.

A few more cars for my post apoc games, all three made from the same 1:55 scale Disney Pixar Car; hopefully managed to create enough difference that it's not too obvious.

Thank you.

First of the foxes my youngest bought me for Christmas (can't decide which pic I like best so here's both of them).
