Spanner, wheelbarrow, steady hands and nerves of steel!

I am quite interested in the early (1914) short-lived war of manouevre, before the trenches were built. I see the Doggerland front as returning to that concept (with magical assistance) - patrols, mobile columns and a very fluid front line, with fortresses and fortifications securing the old coastline from attack. So, not quite Grimsby/Vegas as Fort Skegness and Fortress Mablethorpe!
