The contractor didn't build it...wait...I'm the contractor.   It's on the phase 2 floor plan though. All my other builds have "facilities" but are awaiting for me to cast up the plumbing. Just holes in the floor for the moment which is nasty for those below.

I did get a visit from the terrain building elves while I was away...a six ft high stack of 3 inch thick blue Styrofoam across from my house. Woohoo! Mountains and  hills and oh my

Unfortunately the construction crew tearing up my street say it's their's. Hoping to score some scraps though.

Earlier this summer they build a brand new dorm room building at the nearby university. I was amazed to see how big some of their foam "left over" pieces were. I was tempted to ask for some but didn’t really had the space for it back then (I’ve since moved in a bigger apartment). Just ask for left over and I’m sure they will be happy to get rid of it!

Amazing build, all the details are great! I like the modularity, especially the end-of-corridor stuff to allow for Phase 2 to connect nicely when it's done!

This sentence included just so I didn't end every single sentence with an exclamation point.
