Most of our scenarios run the gamut from meeting engagements to escort missions. The two forces I tend to face are either bandits or Greyjoys (not much difference, really) Or it's Crows vs Wildlings. I've used Chainmail, BattleLust, SoBH & the actual Song of Ice & Fire miniatures rules. I've got Rob & some direwolves waiting on the painting bench, but they have to wait for me to finish painting the South Essex...

They look good.  I especially like the crows.  Looking forward to seeing what you do with the Jon Snow figure.  Somewhere around here I have him about half painted (he was going to be a new D&D character, then I changed my idea about what I was going to play).
