I agree what Dolmot says, we are out of this product target, very probably the average boardgamer is more than happy to have a prepainted miniature to merely replace the cardboard token and don't expect things we consider a miniature model "must have".
I agree also $4 a piece is quite expensive, how many chars are in the basic box? 8? 10? in all, almost as expensive as the game   :(

So buy 10 metal miniatures, spend time to enjoy painting them and play with nice miniatures...time and money well spent and Arkham Horror looks more nicely.
Replacing the monsters too...now that sounds both fantastic and insane. :-*

One of the projects I've considered doing, that and a leather and mahogany game board.

I really have to applaud the effort, but I'm not sure how these will look next to other miniature ranges, and $4 sounds a bit steep for one mini. Anyway, just my thoughts, but I'm glad they put these out, any support for gaming/Cthulhu is great!

That's an interesting idea. Now excuse me while I pack some minis for the upcoming AH/SA weekend...

I like the idea, but they are poorly sculpted and $4 is a lot for poorly sculpted plastic.
