Questions About Glaaki.
« on: October 26, 2007, 04:13:25 AM »
I've been working on an idea for a diorama featuring the being known as Glaaki from Ramsey Campbell's "The Inhabitant of the Lake". I do not have a copy of the story so I am unsure as to how Glaaki inserts the spines from his body into the people that he turns into slaves.

We have run across Glaaki in our weekly game of Arkham Horror but the illustration on the card is pretty limited.

I would appreciate any information about how this happens as well as a basic description of what Glaaki looks like.

Huzzah.

wikipedia gives some kind of description.
As far as one can get a clear description from a Lovecraftian creature anyways.

You can get away with sticking some tentacle like things on a near formless heap of otherworldly mass ;)

They were all drawn to the Keep; the soldiers who brought death; the father and daughter fighting for life; the people who have always feared it; and the one man who knows its secret....
