Thanks some more!

I'm actually surprised the thief was the first and only death so far! I'm running the game strictly by the book old school and death is just a fact of life.

I know this means more work painting but it's worth it to break away from the precious snowflake mentality popular for old old school pundits to decry these days.
The hardest thing about PCs and miniatures is trying to convince players to PLAY the MINIATURE rather than first conceptualizing a picture in your mind then rooting through my boxes for the closest match. Look through the box FIRST and pick the dude, then just play that dude. That way your character is a PERFECT MATCH EVERY TIME. And moreover most of the work is done for you as you can read into the pose, expression, equipment, etc and personality traits will suggest themselves. I can't say enough how strongly I feel about this point. The miniature is dead right. What's in your head needs to fall in line.
Any plans to write a synopsis of the 1E adventure on your blog?
Plans, yes... but the reality of time is the crusher of all my dreams.

I do have a great synapses of session 6 one of my players wrote... I'll dig it up and with any luck it might be able to entertain and possibly even make sense to someone outside the group. In some parallel world where I have more time I might even post the adventure module up. What would make this one unique from the bazillions of others out there would be, aside from shear quality, ahem

, would be it would be miniatures and dwarven-forge-friendly and come with a fig roster and prop list so you can prep easily. Possibly with some alt suggestions for adapting to your collection/making due with fewer monster groups.
A couple quick ones while I get the goblins ready to post:
