Great looking and brilliant walkthrough of how to make them.

I think the great speed and high quality of the end product can be blamed on experience  :)

I got paid today so I ordered my figures from Redoubt Enterprises :)
I've also designed some action cards for the rules if anybody wants to use them.

My own are a little different from these, I've added some quotes to aid the atmosphere during play. I'll put them into a pdf sometime soon for those that want them.

A full set of action cards are available for download here:
http://www.matakishi.com/apps/documents/
for a limited amount of time. It's a 7mb file because I've kept the picture quality high. If my bandwidth starts taking too much of a strain I'm taking it down so if you really want a copy take one and if you don't care then leave it :)

Merry Christmas.

EDIT: Swapped it out for a smaller file size version now.

Is that all you plan to do, stand behind a few feet of mealie bags?  ;)

Its coming along nicely!  :D

Just curious though, why would the mealie bags walls have grass (flock) on them if they were hastily erected in a couple of hours from bags in the storehouse???  ???

Just the OCD in me coming out  ;)

Cheers

Crikey, sir. I'm looking forward to today. Up diddly up, down diddly
down, whoops, poop, twiddly dee - decent scrap with the fiendish Red
Baron - bit of a jolly old crash landing behind enemy lines - capture,
torture, escape, and then back home in time for tea and medals.

The grass is on the ground, perhaps it's not clear in the photos.

No figures yet but I painted some shields (from Northstar) to be 'shaken' markers :)

And my Pegasus sandbags arrived for my final redoubt.

Yes, good aren't they?  I'm going to do some T&T ones like that, if I can ever be bothered.

They were surprisingly quick to do, sometimes things like this seem to take forever and you wonder why you ever bothered but these were started and finished while I listened to the battle of Helm's Deep (LotR audio book).

Still no figures...  :'(
