Cracking stuff, love the Venusian parrot men, how do you know if they are dead or just sleeping though?

Absolutely brilliant stuff!  :-* :-* Well done chaps.

I assumed Dr De'ath had discovered the hard way the lancers had been left on his chair.

Dr. V, I've never seen you with so much hair, almost drew my attention away from those trousers.
Don't!

Is the second Japanese 'nef actually designed to have removable bits to simulate damage, or was that snapped off fin an accidental breaking of the fourth wall?

Not to simulate damage but to make for safer storage, I believe.

Lovely stuff, the type of thing that makes me want to leap straight into VSF crying God Save the Queen!

Can you tell me which range the figures from the Kalibar Lancers come from?

They are Old Glory from their North West Frontier range.

DrDe'Ath seen yawning at the prospect of another thrashing for the Frenchies:

Yawning after the effort of growing such an outrageous mop of hair - didn't realise I looked that rediculous  :-[, luckily I've had it cropped since then. :)

Ahha, thanks! I've a hankering to do a project based on Stirling's 'The Peshawar Lancers' - I think these might be just the thing I'm after. Possibly with Empress' new Afghans on the other side, although I imagine there is something of a size difference. Thanks for letting me know!

Remember that the figures in this game were from 5 players' collections:

Venetzian alliance:

Venetzians + Papal - Dewbakuk
French - Bullshott

Canal tax dodgers:

British - Malamute
Japanese - jimbibbly
Koshindans - Dr De'Ath

Troops per national force were:

1 command group or leader in impervious suit
3 troop units (automatons for Koshindans)
2 vehicles

plus an additional 2 aeronefs per side
