It's a bit of a shame that he's in the same pose as the old model and most of the other old doomtrooper models.

I agree, but it is what the old fans wanted. They wanted a near enough exact replica to the old artwork, so that's what they got.

I do not agree. Actually I think it's a great pose after all, so IMO no matter if it is the same of the old fig (wich I do not know).
After all, it's the pose depicted in that great artwork...and I have a soft spot for dynamic combat pose  :)

I really hope to see some other doomtrooper special characters.
I'd like to create a doomtroopers force and I'm just wondering: what's the composition of a doomtroopers force? I mean, is there a hero leading various warriors from various cartels vs the Dark Legion? (I'm searching an excuse for creating a force composed by my favourite models :) )

Nothing wrong with the pose as such, just a bit daft when you have several models in that exact same pose. Which is no problem for who doesn't have the old ones.

Gotcha! Yeah, when there are more Mishima, the poses won't be repeated in this one!

Ah, my fault :) I didn't realize this matter.

I'm really liking where Prodos is going with Bauhaus. The adjustments are spot on!

I'd like to create a doomtroopers force and I'm just wondering: what's the composition of a doomtroopers force?

The Doomtroopers were made up of two-man autonomous teams, 1 ranged combat specialist and 1 close combat specialist, both from the same MegaCorp. A force would consist of 1+ teams, most likely from different MegaCorps. I have never seen anything on print about the command structure. I guess they could be coordinated by a high level Cartel Agent or such...

EDIT:
AND, the fluff for the Siege of the Citadel boardgame (Doomtroopers infiltrating a Dark Citadel) suggests, that teams from different MegaCorps would more or less covertly work against each other (barring doors to prevent others from advancing/retreating, etc.) in a very competitive, if not outright hostile way.

I think a great game could had with a DL player and other players each controlling a DT team and competing for various objectives (in fact, that was the scope of SotC, but it would be cool to transfer the concept to the taletop.

Many thanks mate! :)
I agree: this concept on a tabletop would be really cool!

Game speaking, I hope we'll see more vehicules/tanks in the new Warzone. It was something missing in first edition, since I played warzone in skirmish format but also in "40k-ish" format too.

I hope we see smaller vechiles like the wolfclaw jungle tank, the Mishima Mek, Gev 12 Cobra, the Vinciano Traffux cardinal and   basic troop transports and stuff like that before you break out that mega tank! That thing got to fill a quarter of the table and I do not see how troops are going to put a dent in it.

Also I strongly suggest you follow your own vision for what the new warzone figures will look like. You are doing great with the new figures so far and there is no point in starting making figures with giant shoulderpads just because some people have the nostalgia goggles on. It is going to have to sell now today.

It's actually going to be more along the lines of large-MBT sized (4" X 7") rather than being a big Baneblade monster.  This puts it more in scale with the Grizzly you see in Bonner's cover art for the Bauhaus sourcebook in the RPG.  Not even the Armorcast (or was it Forge World?) mini did the thing's size justice based on the description in the RPG.  So hopefully it is getting the minor downgrade to a really big MBT rather than a land-cruiser.

It should be the length and width of a Land Raider but it looks to be quite a bit taller counting the turret and the observation tower.

But it wont be quite as massive and imposing as the original mini which was never as large and imposing as the fluff for the tank would have you think.
