That would make sense as it's activity is listed as "Engineering related scientific and technical consulting activities".

I don't want to go to court with prodos, I still hope that the guys from Prodos have enough honour and pride to hold their promised word and won't behave like robbers and highwaymen. In the moment they do so!!!! They took the money from the backers and don't give the promised stuff back. Here ingermany it seems that nearly no backer got his stuff

Jarek has been posting a bit in the last couple page of the Dakka thread:

http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/6810/556916.page

If you choose to believe him (I don't) all is well and us backers will have all our goodies by the end of February.

It is hard to believe someone, who is repeatingly changing the date. He always gave us dates, but never hold his promise. It sounds a for me lile the tongue of a liar. But he can change my mind with a parcel with my stuff...

Space Crusades, huh?

Is Prodos ever going to actually CREATE something new, or just keep riding well-established concepts?
Ask at the LAF, and answer shall thy be given!

Does it matter? As long as the miniatures and games are cool I don't see the problem. Now getting your stuff...that might be an issue though :P

Yep. Prodos does make good quality miniatures generally (some notable misses and what I assume rushed production aside), but their ability to deliver them is less impressive... The excitement mounts. Whatever the Space Crusaders thingy is (likely another board game), dare they go the KS route.. ??? o_o

Anyway, anyone thinking of applying..?

Well, in their recent KS message they said that KS was a mistake and they are not doing it again!
cheers and keep on gaming, Agis - https://www.adpublishing.de

I personally came very close to backing this but didn't. Following it how it was handled by prodos I am glad I didn't and would only ever buy prodos products at retail. I would certainly never back a kickstarter by them. I could have walked into my FLGS and picked up a copy of the game before 99% of the backers received their copy, that just isnt ok.

I just saw the latest Board Game Breakfast on the Dice Tower YT channel and the alien minis at least appear to be made form very very soft plastic... I watched the segment host flick the tail and it wiggled....  I am happier and happier I did not back this!

The Retail is plastic IIRC but the KS is resin.

Not a big fan of thinly cast resin items either, but at least painting wise that's better!  The soft plastic stuff looks like a nightmare to paint and keep painted.

Nope, the original intent was to have hard plastic for the retail version of the box game, but keep resin expansions.   That did not pan out, Everything is resin, they never got around to producing the plastic.

That was actually one of the issues, the 'KS Exclusive Resin Version!' is also the Retail not so exclusive version.   Quality control issues affect both.
