Morning all
In past 2 weeks, we have not been unable to ship KS parcels out. The issue was with the courrier not taking responsibility for lost parcels which we can’t afford to be held responsible for. This has been addressed and parcels are again being shipped. We look forward to seeing comments on the Facebook page and Prodos forums confirming deleveries received over the next 2 weeks.
Shipping Changes!
Please note that there has been a change to our shipping partners due to the issue mentioned above and because of a significant increase in charges by UPS for international parcels.
Parcels to United States will be now handled by USPS instead of UPS
Canada by Canada Post and
Australia is Auspost,

We have had several emails from backers offering to cover additional shipping costs to speed up the shipping of miniatures. We really didn’t want to have this as an option however we are aware that some of you are still waiting for your KS wave 2. Therefore we have considered and are tabling the following OPTION. Note that this is not a requirement and we here at Prodos didn’t want to take this option as we understand that you have already been charged for shipping during KS campaign.
So here’s the detail: If you make a purchase from shop.prodosgames.com we will ensure that your remaining items from the AVP Kickstarter WHICH HAVE BEEN APPROVED, up to and including the Female predator, Dutch and Linn, will be in the post to you within a week (depending on demand).
Just so there’s no confusion, if you purchase a miniature from the online store, we will ensure that your KS items, up to and including the models mentioned above, along with the purchased model(s) will be in the post within 5 working days. If you purchase a pre-order item, your approved KS items will be sent initially with the pre-ordered item following once released.
The minimum purchase(including shipping) to cover your expediated shipping is as follow:
1. Europe – 10 GBP
2. USA – 15 GBP
3. Rest of the world – 20 GBP
For all our KS Backers be sure to use AVPKS code on check out. This will give you an additional 5% on checkout. Also can I ask that you please provide the same email address on the checkout screen that you used for Kickstarter / Pledge manager. If you have moved address, please include the new address but the old KS email address as this is how you can be located on our systems. Again I want to say that this is NOT mandatory however it will allow us to ship faster! Finally can I assure you that ALL Backers will receive their KS rewards, however it may take a bit longer due to current issues.i.e a 35% hike in the cost of shipping.

Indeed. A load of crap. I never have backed a KS for the simple reason that although it might seem a very good idea (well, we are in this lovely hobby of ours to have a lot of fun and trust and being reliable are written in everybodies book with capitels letters), when you realy think about it, it's not. This whole situation is a rude wake up call. This lovely nobby of ours is also a business and there is much money involved. Because of that some people get greedy. ;-)

Really!?  So all the previous talk of lack of staff/sickness/holidays/planets out of alignment regarding the failure to dispatch was a load of bo!!ocks. (always was tbh)  

What they are actually saying is that you have stock to fulfil the outstanding KS, but are choosing not to dispatch it unless backers are prepared to give them more money.  At least they now admit that it is a deliberate policy.

Still awaiting Wave 2 here (Wave 1 Aug 2015), but I know many others have received little or nothing from the Prodossers yet.

Oh, now a strange change of the courier ( he wasn't unable ). To get back my money I try to start a lottery of the next stupid terms why these guys lie and steal... There dog eat the parcels there polish mother hide the parcels or no one in Poland can write the addresses on the parcels? Only lies and Broken promises. I got nothing, a lot here in Germany stay in the same state. At the cons they have only few boxes and the backers got nothing. And now they make the next lie to get more money. Buy something and you can get your paid stuff.

From a quick read, it seems they claim 'some' are still waiting for wave 2 minis, indicating that wave 1 minis have been shipped already to everybody? The truth is of course that many of us haven't even seen single piece of wave 1 minis. They seem to be inhabiting a parallel universe or something?

Should this then mean, that if you already haven't received wave 1, then you won't receive anything at all?

And they want more money, or else? Not that it's required, but....

According to Prodos my pledge has been partially sent today. I believe it when i hold it in my hands. And i hope it's not just miscasts they are sending out to backers.

What a bunch of asshats.  So they basically are holding KS packages hostage unless you order more crap and pay additional for expedited shipping?

What I really hate, is that I won't touch a Prodos product or anything they're part of in the future...and I didn't even get in on this KS.  This kind of nonsense shouldn't be allowed in the industry and they should pay for it.  I don't care whose product it is, a Prodos label anywhere in the process will get a nix from me.

I'd have expected more from the industry in this regard as well.  I'd have preferred to see other companies cease doing business with such a shady joke of a company.

For what it's worth I, as a humble punter, certainly won't be ever spending a single penny on them. I didn't back the Kickstarter so it's not personal but I'm not going to support a company that has engaged in such dreadful behaviour. So this thread might have achieved a tiny thing at least!

I was pretty jazzed by the new Siege of the Citadel game until I realized prodos's involvement. It's unfortunate these clowns aren't being held accountable for how they treat their customers.

This is why I will never back another Kickstarter, the fact that the system leaves ethical gaps wide enough to drive a tank through.
And I'll never buy a product from Prodos either.
