Well, what do you know. I replied to one the recent newsletter emails from Prodos which had a person as a sender. I explained my situation (my email and address had changed since the AvP pledge manager account was created) and asked about my pledge. I got an answer the next day with a link to give my current details - and today I got a message saying that my pledge was partially sent with a list of the minis. So it looks like it paid to contact them once again. This time maybe the right person read my message?

I had send a couple emails earlier, changed my address details and added a note in my pledge manager with the information about my changed email address. That didnt work at the time.

But I will let you know how it goes.

This is great, so in nearly two days you will get your parcel (when it is the UPS-Number). The miniatures are wonderful. Prodos are good artist, but not good business people. Hope they will be better in the future. We all have to learn and hope for the rest of the Kickstarter.

Yup, got the UPS number, says it will be there 08.06.2016. I am exited!

And yes there minis are great, the Warzone stuff I painted recently is great.
Not to mention the White Dragon 15mm minis!

Between the mail that something will be shipped and the actual tracking number were 7 days (in my case)...

For me I first got a mail from a polish courier service. It seems to be the company who brings the parcels to the UPS service Point. Then, some days later I got another mail from Agatha from Prodos with a tracking number from UPS. On the UPS Page I followed the parcel via the tracking number. So Harleyface, which number did you get? Sometimes UPS sends parcels to a service point near your home. Then you can see it on their website.

In such a situation I would contact agneta from Prodos and send a copy of the mail. It seems to be a mistake. Sad story again...
