Wow....Those building are AMAZING!  <Bows before the alter>

I am playing a game tomorrow using the hacking rules and the power armor rules that I posted.  I am looking forward to it.

Malebolgia,

I have a question about the cyberalley rules for creating Hackers.  For the AT-43 game I am playing with a friend we each created a follower level hackers, which leads to a leader level avatar.  So would I use the leader character creation rules for the Hacker's avatar?  Also how do you assign programs?  Can a Hacker just create any programs that they want, or is there a limit?  Are they acquired during the scenario resource phase?

Thanks,
Salcor

Hey,

Avatars are created just like regular characters, so can pick abilities like regular abilities. Programs can be added as abilities, so they add extra models but you have less actual abilities for your Avatars.
So Frost has one regular ability and brings along two programs he can spawn as an action.

Now considering Programs...I think that the ones I made are actually too weak. They basically are Ally-class models (with Follower health), so they don't really have an impact and go out easily. I think I will give them d8 health and add some more oomph to their stats. Not too much, but enough to give them more of an edge.

More excellent work.  It's a very different style from what I'm used to, but really well executed and positively vibrant.

Cool stuff Salcor. Have to take a good look at it when I'm home. But maybe we should make a separate Cyberpunk Alley thread? Now my hobby stuff and the rules stuff are mixed between posts, making this a bit of a cluttered thread.

Or maybe a Mod can split out all the Rules stuff? ;)

Update time! This time it’s…more accessories! I’ve finished three different types of clutter terrain:

1. Comm Towers

Whoop! Big, huge comm towers without a lot of cover or LoS-blocking. So not a lot of actual gaming use, but they were cheap and I like the looks. They add a lot of height to the table, which is always good. I modified them by adding some clear acrylic rods (from Customeeple). Makes them a bit flashy and bling-bling but it fits my Cyberpunk table. They should make good objectives (destroy them!). Oh, they are by BP Laser.

2. Small, medium and large ad-stands

Also by BP Laser and a SUPERSIMPLE product to assemble. They are easy ad-stands and they bring more color and more ads to my table. By now my table is a becoming a big block of commercial ads. Should be almost annoying to play on ;)
I printed some images and glued the paper to the MDF. Then I trimmed the paper and this damaged some parts. I should edge the paper with a felt liner, but didn’t think it was worth the hassle.

3. HUGE billboard

And once again a product by BP Laser and I loved it from the start…but didn’t like it so much during assembly. With the billboard you get a huge slab of Perspex on which you can glue an image. And sticking to paper prints it was hard to do right. You will have to smear the glue ON the image itself and then quickly stick this to the Perspex. Of course the glue dried really fast (used UHU, didn’t want to use a water-based glue because the paper is 100g thick) and thus it dried a bit odd. And on the backside the trimming of the paper went so-so. So I used my MIG pigments to cover up my cock-ups. So not entirely how I had it in mind, but I can live with a mangled and grizzly billboard in a Cyberpunk cityscape.

That’s it for now! Next up are three large ad stands by Terra Cutter. By then I’m about done with all the ad stands :D
