Musketeer and Gripping Beast don't really make Franks - and personally I don't care for Gripping Beast's older ranges. And because I use DBx basing I prefer more static poses. The one standing pack the Foundry sells (FS3) is very imited in variety. I think 519 and 520 look pretty good, and might mix well with Musketeer's Saxons.

Newline Designs has a really neat range of Franks that fit very well with Foundry's older Franks.(alas, no pictures on their website) but they are very good if soemwhat static.

Gripping Beast does a small range of Franks but they are somewhat hidden on the websitehttp://www.grippingbeast.com/product.php?ItemID=2309 and quite a few of the 'German Tribes' range are very 'Frankish' looking.

I would be more interested in the unreleased Ostrogoths since AFAIK no- one has ever done these.

I think the Old Glory ones were done by the guy from West Wind.
There are a few painted on google images. They look acceptable I quite like them.

I've been considering West Wind Arthurians to use as generic barbarians. Late Roman armoured infantry and cavalry with Saxon or Pict seperate heads should work.
